Circuit Class
This is a 60 min session ensuring you get a full body workout. The class is designed around the use of free weights and weight bearing exercises to ensure your body gets a full weight work out. This class is excellent to throw in with your current cardio program.

Ab Attack
30 minute cardio work out using the exercise machines. You will be
encouraged to push yourself to the limits with the help of high intensity
music. These classes are a lot of fun and believe it or not we do
actually have a few laughs along the way.
